Check-in is between 3 pm and 7 pm. If you are unable to arrive during regular check-in time, please make arrangements 48 hours in advance.
Check-out is 11 am. You are welcome to relax and use the front porch after you have checked out.
One parking space is assigned to each room and additional off sight parking is available to accommodate visitors.
Each room includes a gas fireplace, private bathroom, bathrobes, CD Player with clock radio, ceiling fan, and comfortable seating area. Although the Inn does not have cable, a television with DVD player is provided in each room and a movie library is available in our Hospitality Suite.
Our Hospitality Suite, located on the second floor, is available to all guests and includes complimentary soft drinks, bottled water and assortment of coffee and teas. Other amenities for use during your stay include: instant hot water for tea, microwave, refrigerator / freezer with ice maker, wine and juice glasses, coffee cups, plates, utensils and corkscrews.
Minimum Night Stay:
We require a 2-night stay on weekends – July through October and over select holidays. Please call or check our availability online, since one night stays may be available.
Rates are for single or double occupancy and include a candlelit gourmet breakfast served at 9:00 am. Reservations are guaranteed upon receiving a 50% deposit. All rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are subject to a 3% hotel tax and 6% sales tax.
We accept cash, VISA, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard.
We allow a maximum of 2 guests per room. However, the Gables has a single pull out sofa bed and the Wild Cherry and Chestnut Suites can accommodate a rollaway bed. There is a $50 charge per night for a third person in a room.
Children over 12 are welcome to stay. If you have more than one child they must be able to stay in their own room. We cannot accommodate children less than 12 years of age.
Sorry, pets cannot be accommodated.
We are a non-smoking Inn. Smoking is permitted on outdoor porches.
If you choose to cancel your stay with us we will refund your deposit if notified at least 7 days before your expected arrival. If notified within less than 7 days, your deposit – less 10% service fee will be refunded if the room is resold.
PLEASE NOTE: No show or same day cancellations are charged the entire stay.
